The place is amazing. The new location looks awesome with the LED lights inside, the tools, elevator, and the sound system - masterpiece.
The team is the best team you can find in the city. I just went there with a problem and they managed to solve it in a short time without issues. The work is very professional, and the vibe there is very nice.

I’m extremly pleased with the services Coasta de est provides! Everyone from the team is always friendly and takes time to explain any issues clearly. The new place is spotless, professional and is equiped with top of the line tools. For me it is clear that everyone there takes pride in their work.
I had a 5 stars experience with Coasta de Est service!!! For the first time in my life when a team of mechanics performed a full check of the car and provided me with relevant information and the appropriate actions to remediate the found issues! And all these in a timely manner!!!
Here are a few things that made me post this review:
1. Technical team = 5* (very professional and knowledgeable, also very kind people)
2. Administrative team = 5* (very professional and polite)
3. Location = 5* (probably the nicest overall, very well equipped , exquisitely clean, even with great surround system filling the entire place with good vibes music)
4. Delivery times = 5* (even quicker than expected actually)
5. The team’s thorough investigation and repairing allowed me to leave the service with a “light soul” and a very well functioning car (talking about my wife’s car actually, which has not been very well attended to in the last period, and after leaving Coasta de Est it was like a rebirth for it)
6. A very pleasant environment overall, starting wjth the location itself and the team, from Bogdan the manager ‘til the mechanics and the cat that has its own place near the reception area.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a premium service delivered by a professional team within an outstanding environment/location for the correct/fair price (they even provided me with a discount), Coasta de Est is the place to be!
